[chbot] Supermarket EINK price tags

You may have spotted that New World is awash with small electronic price 
labels.

I spotted them long time ago and forgot all about them until I came 
face-to-eface with one on the blink this morning.

Just looks like a product that is asking to be converted into something 
useful.

Hackaday had an article in 2011 -

things seem to have gone a bit quiet

Looks like the displays can be bought for US$20

Given the huge quantities involved, it seems like a complete, wireless 
product which should hit the shelves at about US$5 a pop.

One manufacturer may be 'Pricer'.
