[chbot] List unsubscribe avalanche

Just had another unsubscribe avalanche.

Richard Jones and I have reinstated all 66 accounts.

Talking to the account holder that started it all (?) asking (very 
politely) that he use another email service.

Not sure what is going on, but hopefully this will slow down any other 
similar events.

Not in need of any other help or support at the moment, I will yell if 
the need arises.
