[chbot] Maslow

Hi all,

I'm sorry but I can't make it to Monday's meeting. However, in the sure and
certain knowledge that someone will ask "so, how's that Maslow project
getting on?" here is a quick update.

It works.

Long version: it's assembled and working, and we used it to cut its own
sled, which exercises every part of the machine. Next we have to reassemble
the router from the temporary sled onto the new sled. I'm sure it will be
just fine and we'll do cool things with it.
