[chbot] Squealing UPS

The way I see it, by the time a battery dies the electronics has probably
improved quite a bit too and it might be worth replacing the whole UPS.

After all, if you're using a UPS to keep your systems safe you probably
don't want to pinch the pennies too tightly.
