[chbot] Looking for a micro

For me the STM32F0x2s are still winning over other STM32F070 because they
don't need a crystal - even for USB.

I see that the Kinetis devices from NXP seem to support crystal-less USB
too. Anybody played with those?

Michael: the ATSAMD21E15A/B don't seem to have USB.

Any more candidates?
