[chbot] Lasercutter exhaust filter

I've heard people talk about laser cutters (and 3D printers...), but
never about dealing with the (probably toxic) gases that are created.
Here's a maker filter box. Wrong language, but plenty of drawings and
pictures so might be good enough for ideas. Total cost is given as
400€.
