[chbot] Tape for securing LED strip

I don't know how much more effective the thermal transfer tape would be
compared to the normal tapes if the LEDs are being mounted on an MDF or
particle board surface, which is not particularly thermally conductive. I
suppose the thermal tape would help to conduct the heat sideways as well as
into the supporting surface.
