The one I have is a DSO112A $46 2 MHz. The resistive screen is a bit finicky
but very happy with it.

Do buy proper leads separately and make sure you get a 1x and 10x probe. I
made a mistake with the first one and after reading the small print found it
was a 100x.   So now I can read to 5000 volts !!!! 

The normal 90deg lead that comes with it is impossible to remove without
pliers.
