Have you considered something like the Panasonic GH series. You may find that even one of the older models will do what you want if not out of the box, then maybe with some non-standard firmware.

The GH series are mirrorless and they feature the micro four thirds lens attachment. This may or may not be great for you.

Finally, if you are looking to set up an always on video stream have you considered a security camera? 6MP is not out of reach depending on the budget for this project. The advantage of some of the higher end security cameras are they are designed for extreme and repeated temperature and humidity fluctuations.
