[chbot] Multimeter with USB logging

Seems like a great price point for a decent looking DMM (I missed out on seeing it in person). One of the companies I work with offers a BlueTooth enabled DMM which connects to a smart phone (iOS / Android) for logging, graphing etc. But the price point is higher by about three and a half times.
