[chbot] [OT} over the horizon radar, the woodpecker

Tiger is a much more infernal noise than The woodpecker every was, and 
regularly splatters all over the show although they claim to avoid the 
ham bands...

The Chinese one is the most annoying at the moment though, it's an 
upward sweeping carrier that appears on 20 and 40, sometimes 15m..  Huge 
signal here and sweeps 100-150khz at a shot.
