[chbot] Cheap Rack and pinion servos?

Just throwing out another idea. You can laser cut a rack and pinion out 
of ABS on a laser cutter. I did some at a customers request and they 
worked well. I think they were around a 1.5mm pitch. I made them out of 
3mm thick sheet and stacked them to 9mm using pins to align them when 
gluing, this was to get rid of most kerf artifacts,

The cool thing about doing it like this is you get exactly the right 
length, ratio and pitch.
