And the 6407R009 is a dual stepper with two concentric shafts for 
dashboard instruments.
5 V, and a max. current of 35mA which is exactly what a 74HCT595 serial 
shift register delivers.

Sweet. Where can one get a handful of these steppers ;-) ???
