[chbot] Suitable Epoxy

I have a few temperature sensors (SOIC8) to keep submerged in water up to
boiling temperature.
 So far I have had a whole load of failures keeping them healthy and dry.

My next plan is to solder wires to them then encase them in Araldite.
Is there anything wrong with this? Will I discover that Araldite is not
rated to 100deg.
 If not, suggestions please.

All this in my bid to prove Mark wrong regarding how far IIC can go
reliably (so far he has been right... still suprised 8)
