[chbot] Element 14 special offers

I spent about an hour putting in a big order with them yesterday before 
the 'Connect Plus' clarifications came through. Element14 did not permit 
the special pricing as I am not one of their "select" customers. I have 
had one too many bad experiences with Element14 now,  so will not bother 
dealing with them again.
