[chbot] Element 14 special offers

Guys
Usually you can download the magazine, but I checked and it was not the 
same one.

I contacted the Australian office of element14 and this is the response 
from my contacts.

    Hi Mark,

    The latest Connect that you may be referring to is ‘Connect Plus’
    which isn’t the latest issue of Connect, they are 2 separate
    publications. Connect 14 is still the current publication ending on
    31 October. The next issue will be Connect 15 going out on the 3^rd
    November.

    ‘Connect Plus’ was only sent to selected customers as part of a
    campaign to get customers who haven’t traded with us in a while to
    spend again. The prices printed in the magazine are not shown online
    unless the customer is logged in to the account.

    Hope that clarifies the confusion.
