[chbot] multiple chocolate fish challenge (or how to search our archives)

Hi All,

A repeating feature request related to email broadcast system (this 
one) is the desire to be able to search past postings.

Since we already have a mechanism in place to archive our posts, 
would anyone be interested in writing a server-side app which could 
sift through the archives and provide such a search feature.

Our temp web page is served from godaddy in the 'states, and I 
believe that the service supports PHP, which along with some served 
HTML might be able to do the job.

Thoughts ?
