Off-street parking at the door for ~20 vehicles.

They have contruct-a-kit tech days there for kids among other things, and are keen to see their facilities used for related matters.

Kitchen facilities, a lounge corner with comfy chairs (yay!), projector installed in the ceiling for tech talks. Potential extra robotics fans within their membership.
