[chbot] CNC machine fault

I think I found the fault.

It has a dual processor and the other day the buttons were still working but 
the digital readout was not. After a bit of fault finding, the encoders were 
all doing the right things.

Started checking the connectors and chips one at time for loose connections.

Spot the fault on one of the processors !!!

It works well for 25 years !!!!
