[chbot] A new website...

We could use google sites to host for free. And we can use Hanno's generous
offer to redirect kiwibots.org to the google address. Then all we need to
do is form a team to construct and maintain the site. Does anyone have any
upside / downside / observations on this approach?

Here is an example, the link redirects to sites.google.com before your eyes
even notice:
