[chbot] Peer-to-peer remote access box

Dat's an interesting concept...
 
I was looking at Teleduino to expose some 'internet of things' type arduino mega based gadgets and decided to basically replicate a subset of what teleduino does on my own cloud box.
 
One thing that the nabtobox wouldn't do is put a nice GUI on very simple/dumb Ethernet connected devices, which was my goal, but it it was secure that might not matter so much.
