[chbot] Runaway rocket

Hi William,

That runaway rocket incident looks really unlucky. We all wish you a
speedy recovery. Be sure to follow the instructions to the letter so
that the healing goes according to plan. Looking forward to hearing
the while story at a group meeting when the leg is up to it.

I wonder what the rocket was aimed at?
