Thanks for your good tips Keith! I shall obtain golf tees next time.

Is the splatter on top of the acrylic also due to the sooty MDF residue
on the honeycomb? Washing it off turns into a bit of a nightmare. I've
got 104 pieces of 92x46mm to clean... Not all of the marks come off
either, even if rubbed with meths.

The cutting edges are considerably more wobbly than you achieve on your
machine. OK for my purpose this time, but I'm curious if it could be
perfected. No idea if the machine is set up correctly, I don't think
Carl is 100% up with it yet.
