[chbot] Robotics email list 40k message size limit

Just so you all know... There is a 40k message limit automatically
imposed by our mailman software. Messages above this size appear to be
blocked and notified to moderators up to a day later from experience.
If you need to communicate messages greater than 40k bytes then the
best bet is to park them somewhere handy on the internet and then send
a link to the email group.
