[chbot] Starting point for Smartphone / Bluetooth / uP project

I reached out to a Candian who does smartphone apps (turns out more of 
the i thing)
He suggeste this

For just straight Android, I think I started with a For Dummies book 
from the Library. But I bet there's lots of tutorials on the Android 
developer site too: http://developer.android.com/index.html
