[chbot] RGB led strips

Hi Guys

The RGB LED strips I had at tonight's meeting are 5v WS2811 60 LED per 
meter strips
These use 1 signal wire with timing encoded with the data, sent at 800khz

I ordered mine from

The Arduino library I used to run these is the Adafruit NeoPixel library 
from
https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_NeoPixel  for 8, 12 and 16 MHz 
ATmega MCUs
