I've used DealExtreme many times, AliExpress a couple of times and now I'm
trying ChinaVision :)

The order went in yesterday and I'll report back when something arrives.

Concerning the version of Android, its more up to date than anything
Samsung is shipping (4.1) and the new 4.4 isn't officially out yet. Since
this new device I'm getting is more phablet than tablet, I might try
CyanogenMod 4.3 in it if I find it lacking anywhere...
