[chbot] High Power LEDs

Just been given some 10W LEDs to play with DC-LE14177 --- not bad for 
about NZ$3.00 - this warm white emitter would be just fine to replace 
my current 75W incandescent.

After searching sure-sure-display on eBay, also found a 100W version 
for NZ$10.20 (auction 380471977704) -- this is more like a 
floodlight, so equivalent to maybe approaching that of a 700W incandescent.

Both require heatsinks etc, but this must signal a move towards 
affordable LED lighting for the home
