[chbot] web site problem

Sounds like the Facebook idea is a non-starter, sorry to get everyone so
riled up.

So at the moment we have these options:
- have me continue to support the site
- pay $140/year to domain4less to have them support it
- have Spencer support it

I'm ok with any of the choices.  I do think we should do better than what's
up there right now but I don't have the time.
