Yes, this is sufficient for the servo control pulse, and even at 3.3V it is
correctly decoded by the servo electronics.  If it's a small servo you can
even power it from the 5V pins on the GPIO header, but generally you should
hook them up to a beefier, or at least separate, power supply.
