[chbot] Is "Stacker" game of skill, of chance, or is it rigged?

My other half was in Lincraft in Church Corner, and I was watching a kid 
play the "Stacker" machine.



If you push the button at the right time, stacking blocks on top of each 
other you can eventually win a high value prize. I suspect that they are 
rigged - if not something with a video camera and a solenoid to push the 
button could walk away with an Ipad or Xbox. (Hint hint).
