[chbot] Need your help: BYOD in Primary School

Thanks Richard, Jasper and Daniel on your valuable thoughts!
I just received the first set of good news.  Yesterday I dragged the
principal to my son's class to show how the kids were all either playing on
iPads or waiting to play on them.  Today they're banned for before school
use.
