[chbot] introduction + The Foundation

No problem with arriving and departing any time between 6:30pm and 9:30pm,

We like to open at 6:30pm especially for those whose bedtime is a little
earlier than mine. Consequently is is nice for there to be something
interesting to see at 6:30. However feel free to come along when you can.
We can even organise a different night for you if need be, just not too
often.
