[chbot] Changed date for next meeting Mon 26th August 2013

Hi Folks,

Sorry to have to tell you that I have had to move the next meeting date
back a week to Monday 26th August 2013 at 6:30pm. We have been gazumped by
a business user of the room. Normal service should be resumed next month.
Sorry to all who are inconvenienced by this.
