Laser print onto transparency sheets (like we used to have when we used OHPs)?
Assuming you can still get laser printer/photocopier safe transparency
sheets. Print it backwards so that the other side of the transparency
protects the artwork. Actually, there used to be inkjet versions of the
transparency film. Can you still get /them/?
Use a pen-plotter with permanent ink? Again, plot it backwards on the back
side of the perspex then the front side will protect the image from being
scratched.
Use glass instead of perspex and try the toner-transfer method (as for PCBs).
