According to the RSM the Cell network only operates from 942Mhz and up as
long as your FPV transmitter is below this (which it will be if it's legal)
then cell phones won't be much of an interference source. Plus 900Mhz
should be a little bit better at getting though things like trees than 5.8
gig though I'm not sure if its good enough to be a deciding point.
