[chbot] Random component give away. V 1.0

If we do want a club component box I'd be more than happy to  
contribute some of what comes through Molten Media. we quite regularly  
get in IC's resistors, and the like. Bulk lots we tend to auction off  
but I'm collecting a whole bunch of odds and ends then I'm quite  
frankly will never get round to using.
