I have read the discussion there and I will pose an answer.
This question is self referencing and with this in mind as long as you
pick from the choices underneath it you cannot be right.

However the question does not stipulate choosing from the set of
answers below it and rather just says choose an answer at random, with
no specification on how to restrict the answers only implying how to
do so.
Thus the set of answers from which to choose is infinite, so if you
randomly pick one you have an infintessimally small probability of
being right, so if you take limits the answer is the probability of
picking the correct answer to this question at random is 0.
