20 character x 2 line LCD display and micro-controller

HD44780 based LCD, AT89C2051 controller, RS232 interface (RX only) 
and high voltage backlight inverter, runs on 5V at about 150mA.

Existing controller is pin compatible with ATtiny2313 with four 
component changes (not included). These components may be available 
from South Island Components.
