[chbot] Android connection to hardware using Arduino Mega 2560 via USB

After much fiddling and someone else compiling the DemoKit app for me
I've got things sorta starting to work with an Arduino UNO and a 1st
revision SparkFun USB Host board.

The main thing seemed to be to change the INT/GPX/RST pins to match
the shield and they need to be changed in multiple places in the
Android version of the Arduino USB Host library.

I can get the Arduino to unreliably trigger the DemoKit app startup
but communication seems to break down there.
