[chbot] UV EPROM eraser to give away

I wouldn't think either that an EPROM eraser would work all that well
for exposing photosensitive PCBs. It's also not so large - wouldn't it
be cost effective (certainly easier) to get that size PCB made by hobby
places in China?

Anyway I'd prefer to give it to someone who wants to get some historic
equipment going and can't do without one of these erasers. So the offer
remains - whoever has a very good use for it can have it.
