[chbot] HTML or plain text email

Hi All,

I have just had a request to only send plain text emails via this reflector.

 From my perspective, HTML has it's use for easy links to web sites 
(I might click a link where I might ignore a URL that needs to be 
copied and pasted into the browser)

Also, being a devout minimalist (worshipper of the great goddess 
Dumpster) I do try and send plain text messages as just that if I can.

Any feelings one way or the other ?
