[chbot] Kickstart in FPGA course...

Great news. We have agreement in principle to use the Seminar Room at
Science Alive once a week for a month or two. We need to confirm exactly
what we want when we know more about what we would like to do. We can
discuss more about this at Mondays meeting. See you there!
