[chbot] Kickstart in FPGA course...

Hi,

I'm only biased to Xilinx for pragmatic reasons - I could get a board from
Australia, it was cheap, and it had a lot of standard connectors on board
(VGA, RS323, PS/2 etc). If it is anything else I'll need to get a new board
and get myself up to speed on it.

I've asked about Digilent about academic pricing before, and it is only
available if you can name professors, tertiary institute.and so on, but I
am sure I could get a quantity discount if everybody could agree on a
common source.
