[chbot] Robot Friendly Bluetooth board, and Arduino Nano V3 compatible

Hi Richard, Everyone

I have ordered one of those Bluetooth boards and are waiting for its arrival.
I can bring it to the next meet if I get it in time.

Those arduinos don't look to bad, might put one in my next order.
