[chbot] New Arduino book coming

The wonderful folk at Pragmatic Programmers (www.pragrog.com) are developing a 
book for the Arduino which is now in beta. While I have no real interest in 
Arduino, and have not looked at this book, I have many books from Prag Prog 
and expect this one to be excellent too.

During beta you can buy the ebook and download the latest version as it 
changes. It also gives you the ability to participate in shaping the book 
through discussions etc.
