[chbot] Kiwibots and Vex - robotics competitions

Hi, 

At first quick look the VEX seems to be very valuable as it will be more
applicable for senior students (Robocup and FLL are stronger in the
primary arena - especially FLL - kiwifirst.org.) I am definitely
