Can I get just a little bit more information:

I can only find outdated info- like the content on Science Alive's site...

You said "never too late to enter"- can people enter on the day?  If
not, what's the deadline and where should they enter?  I'll be out of
town from late April to July, but would like to get my daughter's
school involved...
