[chbot] Making a PCB

Sorry if this has been covered before but Google didn't turn up
anything interesting.

I'd like to make a few small PCBs.  What's a good, affordable, way of
making a PCB with a reasonable (~1 week) turn around?  Turn around is
more important than price.  The boards would be two layer at most with
TQFP (0.8 mm pitch) packages at worst.

The toner transfer method works OK but there's always one part of the
board that lifts off.  Photoresist boards are too expensive.  Both
ideally need a good etch tank.  There's a ton of manufacturers out
there but I've got no idea how to choose between them :)
