[chbot] Expressions of interest in a construction project - Update

Names so far for the AVR ATmeg328P-PU construction project / kit, 
I'm collecting names to make sure I get enough pcbs and atmeg328s.

Cost will be $3 PCB, atmega328 ~$10, all up less than $20 for all the
parts. You provide the labour & tools.

Drilling this many PCBs is a bit of an issue for me to find the time, I had
not anticipated so much interest.
Offers to take undrilled PCBs would be much appreciated. ICs should be here
around 11 September from Mouser as Digikey offered October delivery.
